Full Summit Itinerary
You Arrive | Monday afternoon checkin, November 27, 2023 - Meet other guests during Happy Hour 5-6pm in the poolside bar!
As soon as your flight touches down at Fort Lauderdale Airport, grab an Uber and head to The Pelican Grande Resort. After settling into your room, come down to the poolside bar for Happy Hour (4-7pm!) While sipping on a signature cocktail or mocktail, you’ll get to know the other summit goers and share views of a breathtaking sunset. You’ll then have free time to grab dinner - maybe a quiet night with room service, or a lively night out chatting with new friends by the beachside firepits.
Day 1 | Tuesday, November 28, 2023
We’ll start the day with a chef-prepared breakfast for our private group on the terrace from 8:00-9:00am. You’ll be fueled up for a full day of EnVision content designed to get you fired up and dreaming big! We’ll break for a healthy lunch and some fresh air, and dive back in to finish up the Vision pillar and set the scene for our work the next day. We’ll have snacks and refreshments available during the afternoon session, and wrap up for the day just before dinner. You’ll have the evening to yourself to hang out at the resort or hit the town!
Day 2 | Wednesday, November 29, 2023
Whether you choose to get up for a morning swim, or choose to sleep in a bit, we’ll all gather for a fresh, chef-prepared breakfast at 8:00am. Then it’s straight into the morning with more of the EnVision program! We’ll go deep into some phenomenal content and then share a healthy lunch before breaking for the day. Your wheels will be turning big time, and the best way for that learning to sink in is to give yourself some time to relax and think it over! Maybe during a massage, sitting poolside or on sipping something cool beachfront.
Day 3 | Thursday, November 30, 2023
We’ll share a farewell breakfast by the sea before heading in to one last morning of EnVision content. I’ll bring together all three pillars and empower you to keep the momentum going after the retreat and beyond. We’ll wrap up mid-day and say our goodbyes, exchange business cards, and maybe do some impromptu dancing. I’ve negotiated a late checkout with the hotel for folks who are heading home that day - but I know quite a few will take advantage of the AMAZING rate to extend your stay and really soak up the relaxation! The resort is offering this special 60% rate to anyone who’d like to stay on a few more days. Please keep an eye on your email for all the juicy details if you'd like to take advantage of this option!

What are your payment and refund policies?
Payment is due in full at the time you book - Be sure of your schedule and commitment. AFTER you purchase, there are no refunds, but you’re free to transfer your spot to someone else and sell your ticket to them (notify us so we have updated guest info)
Does the price include flights and airport transportation?
The cost of flights is not included in the price of the retreat - but the sooner you book your airfare, you’re more likely to find better fares. Between the holiday season and the area and resort’s popularity, definitely plan to book your flights as soon as you sign up for the retreat!
What kind of food will be served?
Breakfast each morning will be a self-serve assortment of fruits, yogurt, and healthy grains. Lunches are chef-prepared by the Pelican's fabulous restaurants and feature many local ingredients and dishes. If you have any food allergies or sensitivities, please let me know in advance and the team at the Pelican will take good care of you!
Will you be serving alcohol?
Alcohol will be available with evening meals and events. Personally, I will definitely be enjoying some wine and cocktails over the course of the retreat! But guests may choose not to drink, and instead enjoy a fancy mocktail. Whatever is right for you, you’ll have a phenomenal time either way!
So what happens if I test positive for COVID before the summit?
Unfortunately, there are NO refunds on tickets after September 1. If the COVID test you took before coming to EnVision comes back positive, you can transfer your spot to someone else at no penalty. I will send all the good vibes that you stay healthy and well and ready to have a blast at the next summit!
Is this summit suitable for solo travelers?
Yes! This retreat is GREAT for folks traveling by themselves. The program is designed to build connections, and is truly a bonding experience. Solo travelers from past retreats may have arrived alone, but they left with lifelong friends and valuable business connections!
Can I share a room with another summit goer?
You’re welcome to share a room if you like - but pricing is based on single occupancy and would be the same if you had your own. This is a retreat, so I say you treat yo’self and enjoy a space that’s all yours!
Will I have free time during the summit?
YES! If you’re at a beach resort and not enjoying the beach, you’re doing it wrong. I’ve spread out the content so that you can relax and unwind however you choose!
Does the summit include experiences or conversations about spiritual energies?
I am a big believer in the value of energy and spirit in business, so there is definitely some light “woo” in the program! I’ll be debuting my EnVision oracle deck at the retreat.
How will the summit handle COVID precautions?
With COVID cases on the decline and vaccines widely available, I’m optimistic that COVID will not impact the event. But your health and safety is my top concern, so my team will closely monitor guidance from the CDC regarding social distancing, sanitary practices, and more. As with any major trip, I encourage you to protect your investment by purchasing travel insurance in the event you have to cancel due to illness.
